RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At DAG, we prioritize customer satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene for our intimate wear products. Please review our return policy below:


Returns

  • Intimate Apparel: Due to hygiene purposes, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any intimate wear (e.g., underwear) that has been tried on, worn, or removed from its original packaging.
  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase only for items that are:
    • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
    • Still in their original packaging with tags intact.
    • Faulty or damaged upon receipt.

Refunds

  • Refunds will only be issued for products deemed faulty or damaged upon receipt.
  • Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a faulty or damaged product.

Exchanges

  • For hygienic reasons, we do not offer exchanges on intimate apparel unless the item is defective.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at order@dag-apparel.com within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. If approved, follow the return instructions provided by our team.
  3. Ensure the item is packaged securely and retain proof of postage.

Non-Returnable Items

  • All worn, tried-on, or unsealed intimate apparel.
  • Custom or personalized items.
